As required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a 6.25% sales tax will be added to all in-state sales unless we have been provided with a valid Tax Exempt Certificate. Out of state sales are subject to any local tax regulations.

All orders are FOB Wakefield, MA. Shipping procedure will be by our best judgement if not specified by the customer. Shipping options include UPS, truck freight, United States Postal Service, overnight delivery or by local courier. Please specify any preferences you may have at the time of placing your order.

Most orders are shipped the same day. In the unlikely event that the item you need is not in stock, we can generally fulfill your order within 10 days.

Return Policy

All returned goods must have prior authorization. All returned goods are subject to a 20-50% restocking fee. Laws pertaining to critical application fasteners may prevnt us from being able to accept returns. Open box items, special orders and cutting tools cannot not be returned.
