This is a set of stainless steel bolts, lock washers and flat washers to replace the studs that rust and break on Ford 4.6liter and 5.4liter engines. These engines are notorious for needing the exhaust manifolds and hardware replaced. Why use steel hardware that is just going to rust again? It is always a good idea to use anti-seize on an application like this, it can be found in any good auto parts store .
NOTE: For clarification, these are meant to secure the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head.
